Founded by Cedric and Kimberly Ballard in January 2025 in Houston, Texas, Heal Center Church was established to transform lives through faith, love, and community. Rooted in the vision of rebuilding broken lives, restoring hope, and renewing spiritual purpose, the church provides a welcoming space for individuals and families to encounter God’s healing power.
